I have many years of experience in all aspects of tax accounting including individual, business, and corporate. I do all state returns as well and have clients from all areas. Located in Florida, this is helpful for those that have retired here from other states.
I use state of the art professional tax software with security protection service on every single return.
My clients appreciate my expertise in accuracy and getting them the best possible tax advantages.
I enjoy working in the tax preparation business. In addition, I am a Realtor and Real Estate Investment Consultant. This keeps me busy all year round.
Most of my tax clients are in business or have portfolio income and I am able to help them with 1031 exchange reporting on their tax return.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, in addition to your source documents, I will need a copy of last year's tax return to verify if you have any carry forwards.
If you purchased or sold a home in the filing tax year, I will need the closing statements from both sold and purchased homes.
I will also need social security numbers and dates of birth for all dependents and dates of birth for you and your spouse.
Once I have this information I will look it over and if you have any questions, we can discuss it before I begin the return.

Over 40 Years of experience in tax accounting. Yearly continuing education tax classes.
