About
Massage therapy to me is the art of getting the body to release tension and points within the body that contribute to pain and stress. I used many modalities (types of massage) to achieve those ends including swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports, reflexology, shiatsu/acupressure and stretching. I am happy to help you achieve your health and wellness goals through massage and living a healthy lifestyle.
I have been doing massage for 10 years between southern California and for the past 2 years in the Tampa Bay region. I am a licensed therapist who has experience in mobile massage, chair massage and working in a spa.
