What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like seeing a new client in person the first year. Due to Covid-19, I see clients on Facetime and Zoom, too. I can also receive information by email, fax, and dropping off records through my in-office document box 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in accounting.
