What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a goal of contacting our clients within 24 hours of their request for service.
Once we engage in our first meeting (In Person or Virtually) we ask open end questions, active listening, and uncovering main points of service needed.
Customers are kept in the loop of all process taking place and inform accurately.
No mimic, No weird fees, Straight to the Point service with a personal touch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of experience working in Finance. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a Minor in Project Management. Graduated top of my class with Summa Cum Laude Honors

How did you get started in this business?
I have worked in Finance for many years and have always liked working with numbers. Went for my bachelor's degree and decided it was time to open my own office and offer customer a good service along with my experience and knowledge.
