There is a $25 deposit collected to hold your appointment time. The fee is applied toward your appointment. It is non-refundable for cancellations and no-shows.
Hypnosis and coaching are not covered by insurance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we will do a complimentary phone or video consult to see if we are both a good fit for each other.
Next you will receive an intake for review before the first session.
Weekly sessions usually last about 1 hour in length. We will review any assignments and determine your strengths as well as what may need improvement.
There is a weekly check in or follow up call as well unlimited text/email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Master Life Coach and Hypnotherapist. I hve been in practice for more than 20 years.

Pricing varies on the services and length of time needed. I always try to work within your budget.
