Our team has been in the accounting industry since 1993. We have worked for small to medium size accounting firms and in the private sector. We have prepared all levels of tax returns and we have used mutliple bookkeeping and tax softwares.
Our team is passionate about teaching. We enjoy teaching clients how to use their accounting software and the add-on's available. We specialize in Quickbooks and we have a Certified Quickbooks Advisor on our team. We are familiar with Square Sales and Payroll and the integration with Quickbooks Online. We have also used shopkeep, kickserv, ADP, Paychex, Paypal and Sure Payroll. We also enjoy training other accounting professionals on how integrate software and maximize the use of their accounting software with programs such as TSheets or Jetpack Workflow.
We are available for Catch-up or Project Bookkeeping for those years where you are so busy growing your business that you don't have time to put your information into accounting software in order for your Tax Professional to prepare your return(s). Being that we have tax preparers that have been in the industry for over 20 years, we know exactly what your accountant is looking for. We also support IRS Resolution projects in which years of information needs to be put together for prior year returns and IRS scrutiny.
We also provide Virtual accounting services on a monthly or quarterly basis to free you from your accounting headaches and give you one-on-one support to help you master your finances. We are passionate about what we do and we go above and beyond just basic number crunching. We provide Monthly or Quarterly Management Reports for you to see the results.
We are most passionate about our CFO Services. Our CFO services not only save our client money but provide different tactics to help make the business more profitable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally receive access to the client Quickbooks File and we analyze it and let them know what needs to be done or what is misclassified. We take a step by step approach to looking to see whether Bank and Credit Card reconciliations have been completed and if Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable have been applied properly. In addition, we run a thorough analysis of payroll. We take the extra step when dealing with Job Costing by review their Job Profitability Reports. Once completed we make reccomendations to the client as to the level of service we will provide and the costs as well as their options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All members of our team have Bachelors Degrees in Accounting. One of our members has passed the CPA exam and is pursuing her license as well as becoming an Enrolled Agent.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We don't have standard pricing because we know everyone's needs are different and some of our clients like to participate in their bookkeeping and some do not. Some industries are more complex than others. Software Training and Setup is billed at a separate rate and starts at $100.00 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
We all got started in different ways some working their way into public accounting and some working their way into the private sector. Some of us decided to go out on our own was we started families so we can have more flexible schedules.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with Restaurants, Real Estate, Contruction, E-Commerce, Sales of parts and services and healthcare professionals.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We spoke with a client that had not reconciled their books in Quickbooks Online in 3 years. Many Clients assume that if it was downloaded from the Bank that it is reconciled when that isn't always the case. We walked the client through his books and did a few months Bank Reconciliations. We anticipated many phone calls but after following we discovered he was able to do it on his own with a little review by our staff. He was thankful for the training we provided and felt like he had his business in a much better place.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't just speak to one consultant or accountant, make sure you have a good fit on a personal level. This person will be your partner in success.
