What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a therapist, my clients have described me as warm, encouraging, and easy to talk to. I combine my experience, education, creativity, and sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to therapy. As a professional, I use strength-based, person-centered, and trauma focused approaches. I believe in empowering my clients in developing coping skills and self-awareness to increase self-esteem to create a positive change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in FL. Certified in TF-CBT & EMDR

- I bring many years of expertise by working with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. My background is vast, as I have worked to assist clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mental health diagnosis, co-occurring disorders, domestic violence, poor self-image, marriage counseling, divorce, and various addictions.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My rates for self-pay are $100-$225 I offer a sliding fee scale. I do take some insurances; however, the client will have to contact me about the insurances that I accept.

I provide individual, couple, and family sessions. I want to help you improve the life experiences you are having, discover ways to build your strengths, and develop new skills and insights that will empower you to live a more meaningful, connected and fulfilling life.
