What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, listening to the clients wishes and desires are the first steps. If the client is in need of career coaching we would also do an assessment as to which area the client will excel. A program or curriculum will be put into place for the increased likelihood of positive results. The coach will be available by text anytime the client needs assistance outside of the weekly sessions. The goal is to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters Degree of Human Services in Counseling and I am a certified coach. I also work for a non profit as a Therapist.
