Phase VI is Document. Document the process needed or document the redesigned process. (Per agreed upon price.)
Phase VII is Train. Train the users/operators of the solution and also train the managers to know what to expect and how to deal with the new information. (Per agreed upon price)
Phase VIII is Secure. Secure a confirmation from the decision maker that the solution meets their need. (This consultation is free.)
Phase IX is Follow Up. After the solution is implemented and being used, follow up to assure customer satisfaction.
