What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Exadyn, we first like to know the tools that the client uses to run their business as well as the key business development issues, what issues they feel are not being properly addressed as well as which they are happy about. And why the change in advisor.
Prior to estatblishing a price, we like to understand the business model and marketing plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to having a B.Comm. in Finance and International Business, I am a CPA and CMA with over 30 years of experience of which over 25 years at the VP level or higher. In addition, I have worked within the capital markets and helped a number of companies go public.
Over the years, my clients operated in all areas of the economy and on all continents except Antarctica. We do not succeed until you have succeeded.

Depending on the needs of the client, Exadyn seeks to structure the engagement with the client's cash flow and business development needs in mind. As the client's success is pivotal to our mandate.
How did you get started in this business?
Referal business started Exadyn off and has fueled our success over the years. We pride oursleves of the referals we have obtained via portals such a LinkedIn.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Exadyn's clients over the years have primarily been small businesses with a few public companies and investment management companies teaching valuations in the hundreds of millions. We are comfortable in helping our clients grow and expand as our advisor services also take on a different look as the need changes as the client grows.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choosing a trusted advisor is one of the most difficult decisons one makes. At Exadyn, we prefer to work with clients in a unique way, as we seek to transfer the basic knowledge, so that clients are not tied to us but choose to work with us as a trusted advisor.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Before reaching out to a trusted advisor, understand what it is that you require not just in the short term but over time, as the relationship that should be built is different than when purchasing a new car.
