New Perspective

I firmly believe that relationships and connections are at the core of what we need as human beings, however they can be extremely hard to navigate. I believe that one has to be ok with themselves before solving anything in a relationship. Getting down to the causes and conditions that motivate our behavior are the key to successful relationships.

I love being of service to others. I know personally what therapy can do for someone. I love being able to give back what was given to me. It saved my life
