I am an accounting (Bachelor's degree) professional with 20+ years’ experience working with Quickbooks Pro (since 1998) and 5+ years with Quickbooks Online. I am a Quickbooks Pro Advisor. I have been working with clients providing accounting, payroll, income tax filing, and financial consulting services since 1998.
My clients are throughout the United States and Internationally; I deal with tax treaty issues, foreign partners and ownership, expat tax filing, and state tax returns throughout the USA.
My background also includes a BA in Marketing and extensive I.T. industry experience.
The satisfaction my experience is able to assist people with their complicated financial situations and tax-related issues and offer a sense of reassurance and resolution.
Also, I enjoy meeting and working with all the different people who are engaged in business either as a new business owner or a well-experienced entrepreneur and the ability to work in various and differing industries.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Billing is by the hour, in quarter-hour increments, at a rate of $30.00 per hour. This is for general consulting, project work, and most engagements which will require dedicated auditing, research, or computational analysis.
Income Tax Returns are billed by the type and form number. For example, if you are required to file 2017 Form 1040 with only a single W2 from your employer, the base rate I charge is $60 for that form.
If you are self-employed, and are required to file 2017 Form 1040, with Schedule C, Schedule SE, and Form 4562 Then it would be $60 for the Form 1040, $120 for Schedule C, $15 for Schedule SE and $15 for Form 4562 - in total $210.

How did you get started in this business?
I prepared my first U.S. Income Tax Return at the age of 15, for myself, after working a summer job and receiving a W2 the following February.
With a passion for math, business and law, it only seemed natural to obtain an accounting degree. I have had vast experiences in business, including owning and operating an I.T. services company, working in Los Angeles consulting studio executives on film production budgeting, to Sydney, Australia where I served as Chief Editor and Publishing Director of a mid-1990's internet magazine, or property development in the Pacific Northwest, all of my roles have involved budgeting, accounting, and financial planning.
