What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal with business creation is to develop your thought process into a working action plan. My goal with tax preparation is to show my commitment by proving I work for you not the government. Whatever the process... You're in control. I want you to be comfortable so I provide services in person, via the virtual world and by traditional phone and mail or any combination of the above
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of West Florida and 7 years on the job training as a Liberty Tax Franchise Operations Manager and Corporate training specialist.
