About
Arrow Rehabilitation is an outpatient physical, occupational, massage, and speech therapy private practice that specializes in lymphedema, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. We take great pride in providing the very best, one-on-one care possible. This year we celebrated our 15th year serving the Palm Coast and surrounding areas community! Some of the common conditions we treat are back pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, Vertigo, arthrits, and more. We also specialize in balance strengthening programs.
Our hours of operation are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, but we will work around schedules to accommodate you. We have a highly trained staff that provides excellent care. We are located at 31 Lupi Court, Suite 150, in Palm Coast, Florida at the intersection of Palm Coast Parkway and Pine Cone Drive.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Arrow Rehabilitation accepts most major insurance plans. When scheduling your initial evaluation with the Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist, our Billing Manager Wendy will verify your insurance and benefits for you so that you are aware of any patient responsibility that is not covered by your insurance plan prior to starting your treatment.
For Massage Therapy, an hour massage is $65, a 45-minute massage is $50, and a half hour massage is $35. We also offer discounted package rates and frequently run monthly specials, so give us a call for more information on massage.
