In our firm we have associates with bachelors and masters degrees in accounting. We have 2 cpas and an excellent client services and administrative team.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prior period projects like not doing accounting in a couple of years, not filing tax returns etc are hourly with an estimate made at the beginning of the project.
Monthly accounting/advisory clients have a fixed fee but it ranges. Depends on if we are running financial meetings for you, advising monthly or quarterly.
Tax Returns Prepartion : fixed fees.
Valuation Services: Fixed Fee
IRS Resolution : % of penalties abated and hourly.
How did you get started in this business?
Roy Wiley started this business in 1994 after being a controller in a multi million dollar business. His primary focus was tax and interim controller and CFO work. His partner Chelsea Jurena began working in the business in 2013 while finishing up her undergrad degree in business. She is now completing her masters in Forensic accounting.
