Once we get to see the cope of work, we then quote the client.
We take care of the great mayority of the workload so the client can just sit back and approve the designs before publishing them.

What types of customers have you worked with?
A great viarety, From Construction companies to restaurants, to Govermental Jods with OCPS (Orange County Public Schools) to Lawyers, news papers, IT companies, and more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
As a minority certified company, we landed a contract with the OCPS! We seted up a bidding with a partner company and landed the job by showing out previous and current jobs and by our great current client references.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I have 2 advises:
Make sure that what ever you do with marketing you shoud see the ROI. Every website should generate money for your company, any adversisement should be able to generate money for your company.
My main advise is to make sure that you OWN your product. If you are gattng any designs, ask for the original editables, if you are making a website, ask for control as an admin.
We at IDX, make sure our clients have the freedom and ownership of all designs while focusing that their investement is profitable for them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What services do they offer and what services are profitable enough to promote.
If needed, we help our clients to promote the services that work the most form them thus incresing revenue for them.
