What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we always do a discovery call to see what type of solution you are looking for us to provide. This can be as simple as a graphic, social media management, or as complex as a large scale 5,000+ person event or a new website.
Some of our clients don't even have a current project but just looking to create partnerships so that way in the future when they are looking for help on a project they know who to turn to. Also, it's also fun to talk about future ideas and goals! We would love to help bridge the gap between your ideas and being ready to make them a reality.
When you are sending in a requests for a new project that you need started on right away, sending in the most information prior to our intial call is always helpful. This ensures we have the right the people from our team and typically we like to ensure we already have some ideas and pertinent information on hand to share.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education and training across our team varies greatly from master's degress in communication to production/technical education. In addition, our team is always staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends with online and in-person training courses throughout the year. We even teach some ourselves!

We do have some standard hourly rates but typically since each projects needs varies from client to client so does the budget structure. We work one on one with our clients to provide transparent cost up front and work within their budget.
