What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial paperwork, I find out what is happening with the individual. Everything is personalized so there is no "standard" treatment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. I also hold a Master's degree from Springfield University in Counseling and Psychological Services.

A personal event? The Disney marathon. I have done it 12 times and looking at 2020 for #13.
