About
I began massage therapy 5 years ago. My passion for this career began the moment I was in my first Anatomy and physiology class, I was fascinated with how our bodies are structured and how we function. Prior to obtaining my license in massage therapy I also graduated with a bachelor's in the science of alternative medicine. Once I began learning about how our body functions and the multiple layers we are I couldn't go back to any regular jobs.
Within my degree some of the things I learned were herbology and botany, relaxation and stress reduction methods as well as Kinesiology and nutrition. Massage therapy came afterwards allowing me to apply my knowledge as well as being able to have a hands on approach with clients. I enjoy implementing all of my knowledge in my practice and providing a relaxing and effective service.
In my 5 years of being a therapist some of my certifications have been swedish massage, deep tissue, sports, hot stones, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, Reiki, cupping and chair massage.
I enjoy helping others and creating a relaxing space to destress.
