What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts our team, they will be speaking directly to Michelle (Owner) or our Operations Manager, Stephanie. These ladies will schedule time to discuss the client's needs and how we can help the client achieve their goals. From start to finish, the client will have direct communication with our team. We will work tirelessly to insure we meet the needs of our client!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is a great deal of education and training on our team and it varies greatly. Michelle, the owner of Beat Creative, studied Advertising Marketing and Communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology and has decades of experience working in the events, meeting and hospitality industries. In combination, our Content Specialists hold various degrees and experience that make our team capable of creating whatever you are imagining for your marketing strategy.

We offer a variety of services, from social media management to web design, email marketing, and more. Each service is tailored to our client's needs and thus, a standard pricing structure wouldn't do our client's service. Contact us to discuss your needs and we can go from there!
