Hello Prospective Client,
I believe in leveling the playing field for immigrants to the United States, and providing excellent care and legal services at affordable prices. I work remotely offering telephone/video conversations to keep my costs low, which in turn keep my client's costs more affordable. I have been doing this long before Covid-19, and have an efficient practice that allows me to service my clients all over the world. I have been working diligently to integrate a wide range of technological solutions to give my clients a higher level of service and ease.
Most of my services are offered at fixed prices, so there are no surprises. I do all of the legal work myself, I do not pass it along to non-attorney staff. The only time you might hear from my staff is to obtain evidence, follow up with a request for something I made, or send you copies of items that you need to review, or have for your records. I do not use a gatekeeper for my clients to have access to me, as such all my clients all have direct access through various messaging apps, email, texts, and my mobile phone. I also provide my clients with a link to schedule a quick chat anytime they would like to touch base on something.
I limit the number of cases I work on in various stages, and there may be times I need to place a potential client on a "wait list", or agree to start actively working on their case at a date in the future. I do this to guarantee each client gets the very best of what I have to offer, at the very high level of service I provide.
In my free time you will find me volunteering on issues that are important to me, hanging out with my dogs, drinking tea at a local tea house, doing Pilates, dancing around the house with the dogs, spending time with family and friends, meditating, doing/teaching Reiki, cooking, or watching some Netflix!
I believe in, and value, honesty and being upfront. I always tell my clients that they may not like what I say at times, but it will always be the truth and always be based on their best interest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask prospective Client to provide me with a brief response to a few questions if I am not able to determine suitability from their original post. If it appears I will be able to assist the prospective Client we will schedule a phone consultation. Phone consultations are $150.00, if the prospective Client hires me for full service representation this $150.00 will be applied toward the total due making the consultation free.
If the prospective Client is not seeking full representation but would like to just ask questions, Attorney will send client a short form to complete, attorney will review it and let the Client know whether a short consultation ($75.00) or long consultation ($150.00) is necessary. Client will pay in advance.
If Client would like to work with me, and I would like to work with Client:
I will prepare a Representation Agreement, outlining the terms of representation.
Agreement is signed.
Payment is made by Client (most of my offerings are fixed prices).
Client will complete a Full Intake Questionnaire.
Client will provide Evidence Requested.
I will prepare work retained for.

For full representation I have fixed fees. And, I also offer cash discounts.
Clients are always responsible for all third party fees in addition to my fees, these may include USCIS Fees, DOS Fees, Priority Postage, photos, medical exam, translation services, etc..

N-400 Filing $700.00 - $950.00*
Full Representation for Alien Spouse Green Card (spouse legally entered US & currently here OR spouse overseas w/consular processing) $3,300.00 - $3,550.00*
*subject to no criminal background, illegal entries, or any disqualifying or possibly disqualifying factors. If these apply your cost may be more depending on what your situation is. Pricing is discounted based on Cash/Zelle payments.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find out who will be doing the work you are hiring the attorney to perform. A lot of attorneys have support staff preparing the work with only a review by them.
