Julia, one of the best lawyers I have ever met. She is extremely talented and she is very knowledgeable in her field. I have had multiple difficult cases of family in the past year and I couldn’t find a better lawyer than her! I met a lot of lawyers and spent a lot of money before her, but none of them were able to figure out the best way to approach the situations like she was. I extremely recommend her those people in need of help with great legal advice and who need help finding a great lawyer. Don’t hesitate to go to Julia, she will help you and take care of you successfully. I cannot thank her enough for the help, and great work she did for me and my family. She is an awesome lawyer.

Very good lawyer who puts her client before money. Tho I just went to her for consultation she was very helpful and willing to do more. Will definitely run to her if need be and recommend her to anyone in need of a good lawyer.

Personalized and conscientious immigration services without prohibitive costs. My experience with other immigration attorneys left me unsure what value an attorney could add for me. Most seem to be providing a 'cookie cutter' service where the attorneys delegate the bulk of the work to their admin staff where applications are processed in much the same way. Julianne performed all the work herself so I was confident all elements were handled at the highest qualified level. Julianne performed a deep analysis of my personal situation and had great insight into the complexities of my requirements for a waiver. Julianne went the extra mile with the time and attention she spent on my case, providing real value for money. I honestly feel that the outcome of using unbundled services with Julianne not only saved costs, but also resulted in a much stronger application that I would have had if I had followed the traditional route again. I highly recommend seeking unbundled services and in particular Julianne M. Kinsey.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask prospective Client to provide me with a brief response to a few questions. If it appears I will be able to assist the prospective Client we will schedule a brief (15 to 20 minute) phone consultation.

If the prospective Client is not seeking full representation but would like to just ask questions, Attorney will send client a short form to complete, attorney will review it and let the Client know whether a short consultation ($75.00) or long consultation ($150.00) is necessary.  Client will pay in advance.

If Client would like to work with me, and I would like to work with Client:

I will prepare a Representation Agreement, outlining the terms of representation.

Agreement is signed.

Payment is made by Client (most of my offerings are fixed prices).

Client will complete a Full Intake Questionnaire.

Client will provide Evidence Requested.

I will prepare work retained for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Juris Doctorate, Attorney Licensed in New York State

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Find out who will be doing the work you are hiring the attorney to perform.  A lot of attorneys have support staff preparing the work with only a review by them.
