What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone consultation discussing your case to see if we are a good match for your needs. If we are able to help you, we will have you sign a Representation Agreement and make payment. The fee structure will be either a flat fee for limited representation or a retainer (billed hourly) for full representation. Once the Representation Agreement is signed and payment processed, we will begin working on your case within 24 hours.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer a full range of legal services, including unbundled service as well as full representation. Unbundled services are an economical way to offer certain services at a set rate for clients who only need legal help with a portion of their case. We can provide competent legal advice based on your individual needs, such as: drafting the appropriate documents, reviewing a proposed agreement, arguing a single motion or guiding you through mediation.
With unbundled legal services, you can decide what you need help with the most. Of course, our firm is also available to take your entire case and represent you from beginning to end.
