About

My practice is of a spiritual nature ,a very personal one on one session where you are sure to feel safe, listened to and understood. You will never find me in a rush as I believe working through any issue happens at a different pace for everyone. We must experience our emotions before we can heal from them. I use a life coaching intuitive spiritually guided approach, utilizing some of the aspects of LOA, meditation, and self love, positive thinking and affirmations as well as some hypnotherapy and self actualization. I also have a unique bit of "art therapy" for a chosen few that teaches us how to purge anger, fear and sadness in a healthy but uplifting way. I specialize in helping the victims of NPD Abuse which can sometimes be a long road to recovery. Education is key to getting to the root of this dreadful experience. Before we we heal, we have to get very real. You're not alone in this journey. We will discover in order to recover. Happiness is just an online visit away.

My favorite part of what I do comes from seeing the personal transformations in those I work with. To see them happy again, self confident, and living in their devine truth, back in control of their emotions, with new coping skills and a completely different outlook on life.

    Frequently asked questions

My main goal when working with a new client is to listen. I find many times you have to get through a lot of surface issues to discover what the real issue is. I want to find out the what the client is looking to gain from the sessions. Once you have an identified goal you can make a plan on how to acheive it. I taylor the process specifiic to each individual.

I have a B.S. in Psychology and an MSW specializing in counseling. I began counseling for alcohol and drug abuse but then steared my practice towards to help victims of abusive relationships, which in turn had me eventually end up specializing in NPD abuse victims being the majority of my clientele. I have personal experience in this area which helps me to relate even more to this particular type of client.

My standard fee is $60 an hour

$35 for a half an hour.

First sessions it is recommended an hour and a half for $75.

I have worked with all types of clients. I have counseled just as many men as women trying to recover from NPD abuse. I would have to say the majority of my clients are suffering or stuck in, if not an abusive, a toxic relationship at best. Many tend to have history of making the same mistakes repeatedly and aren't even aware of their self destructive habits or how to make better decisions. Many are suffering from depression and anxiety and we are able to work through the issues and make necessary changes and incorporated new ways of doing things by making minor but significant improvements in their daily routines and thought process to develop healthier outcomes.
