Simply Massage
About
At Fort Lauderdale’s Simply Massage we pride ourselves in helping clients be the best version of themselves. Sometimes that means a nice Relaxation massage to reset the body and mind. Other times it means steamrolling out all of those knots with our Ashiatsu massage. Many times it’s something in between! Whatever your need, we listen to our clients and tailor your session to what you need that day. Our massages are focused on keeping you feeling like the best version of yourself.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have to have a conversation. I like to know if there's any aches and pains, new or recurring. Sometimes a massage is needed to ease the pains of daily life: from being very active to sitting at a desk all day. Sometimes massage is needed to ease anxiety and help with depression.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a forever student! I love to learn and I'm always up to date on my continuing education. With every class I take I learn something new that can be applied in a variety of situations. An experienced therapist will also be able to modify those techniques to get great results on a client.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I try to keep my pricing simple and affordable. I charge $65 for a one hour Relaxation (Swedish) massage in my studio and $1 per minute for any time after that. A 75-minute massage is a great massage. It gives me the time I really need to focus on areas of concern and still provide a full body massage.
Specialty services are an additional $15. This includes the Ashiatsu, Hot Stone, and Reflexology.
How did you get started in this business?
I love massage. It is my second career. When I was looking to make a change I wanted to get involved in health care. Blood and broken bones aren't quite my thing and with each path I researched I just kept coming back to massage. I made the leap in 2012 and it's the best decision I ever made!
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers vary a great deal. I enjoy my corporate clients because I love bringing chair massage to offices and being able to provide a slice of relaxation to hard working staff.
My "table" clients tend to see me on a recurring visit as part of their overall wellness plan. Depending on their individual needs, clients tend to return on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly program.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently worked on a yacht for a large corporation. Another therapist and I worked together providing chair massage services to the guests. It was a fun, unique experience and another reason why I love massage!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid to talk to your therapist during your session; especially the first few. We can tell a lot by how your body responds to our touch, but unfortunately we aren't psychic! If you need more time in an area, tell us (but know we will have to take time away from another area unless you extend your session), if you need more or less pressure, tell us! We all want you to have a great experience and leave feeling great.
