I'm a former family therapist in Argentina, now doing coaching work online. I have a Ph.D. in conflict resolution, and teach family mediation at a local university. My work in this field covers more than forty years, in different languages and countries.
I have my own experience on personal suffering and use a model for understanding pain that is based on attachment psychology. I can help people understand what happens with them, why it happens and apply strategies to have more love, peace and securrity now.

I love sharing what I know about human nature...and packaging those lessons into experiential learning opportunities. I have this wealth of human responses, abusive or not, of solutions to challenges and ways of managing testing situations into positive learning.
I love to work with women to create a clear vision of the relationship they need and deserve. I use coaching tools to help them face their personal challenges and learn how to proceed in a way that privileges their own needs. People leave my sessions feeling renewed and reenergized to focus on their personal goals of love and hapiness.
To extend my help to more people, I offer my free initial coaching session for people who read my Kindle books...so I can have unexpected phone calls from people from different places, ages and situations. It's amazing to think I can reach out and give an unknown person the support and wisdom she needs to live better wherever she lives!
I find that having a coach has helped me take the long view, be able to make better decisions and develop insights not possible before by myself. Thanks Coach Nora!
Having the opportunity to talk to Nora and hire her as my coach has been strikingly important not only to grow, but to be able to avoid paralysis and self-destruction. She supported me in designing a new plan for my life, including respect and appreciation as I always dreamed to enjoy. I have a life plan to follow now!
I use the first 30 minutes to do a map of the person's mental model, based on childhood attachment.
I was trained as a Clinical Psychologist in Argentina, at Universidad Catolica, Cordoba.
I received a Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution at Syracuse University
