We provide excellent customer service at about 1/2 of our commercial competitors. I am an EA with the IRS (an EA is the equivalent to a CPA or tax attorney in taxation). I have about 20 years experience in the field of taxation. My specialty is small business, rentals, investment transactions, and personal deductions. At AIS we keep our fees fair, reasonable, and consistent. We don't charge an initial low fee just to get you in the door, and then raise the fee much higher in future years. We maintain a consistent range, and we don't nickle and dime our clients for every little tax form. We seek long term clients that appreciate the services of a year round tax advisor.
Helping people save in income taxes, and income tax planning. We love it when we get clients from our national competitors and we can save them in tax preparation fees. Your taxes are done in the privacy of an office, and not in some cubicle where others can hear all about your sensitive financial information.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer would set up an appointment to go over their taxes. We sit in the privacy of my office, and we figure out what their taxes are going to be. Then, at a later time I go over their taxes again to minimize the potential of any errors. I'll contact the client when the taxes are processed and completed. The client can then pay for my services when they pick up their tax packet anytime at their convenience Monday-Friday 9:30-4. I can also mail out their tax packet if they wish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Enrolled Agent. I have a Master's in Business from FGCU. I have a Bachelor's in Accounting, and Finance from St. Leo University. Over 20 years experience in the field of Taxation and Finance.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We try and price ourselves around 1/2 of what you would expect to pay at one of our national big box block competitors. Our minimum charge is $95, and it increases depending the taxpayer's situation. We also discount for multiple returns, organization, etc. Many times we get new clients that have been paying over $400 from our national competitors, and were able to do the work for around 1/2.
