What types of customers have you worked with?
Life is happening now and it's not easy to enjoy the “now” when you are struggling with the past, resulting in feelings of sadness or depression - or struggling thoughts of the future creating feelings of anxiety or fear. Seeing a professional therapist.... can help.
95% of my clients are part of the LGBTQ community.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My therapeutic approach is to build upon my clients' strengths to overcome these challenges. Through a compassionate and confidential approach, our focus will be on your goals, working towards making meaningful life changes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Technology is changing our world and the way technology is shaping the work of counseling psychology is no different. Some therapists and clients can efficiently and effectively communicate in a way that allows the therapeutic work to be done. This can be a way to avoid commuting to a therapist’s office for each appointment and allow speaking with someone from the privacy and comfort of home or office.
