What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Essentially, my process for working with new clients is scheduling a first interview remote/virtually/telephonically. In the interview, establiahing the form of coaching, realistic goal setting, creating a plan of action to achieve the goal(s) all based subjectively to the clients goal(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified as massage therapist, doctor of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and a wellness and health coach. I apply a 5 Elelment Eco-Psychology and approach to wellness to help people improve their mental, physical, emotional, and even financial wellbeing, and plan for continued improvement.

My standard price for services range from $55 and more depending length of time, and whether remote, virtual or in person.
How did you get started in this business?
I began 10 years ago as a massage therapist, providing medical massage in clinical, and non-clinical settings and wanting to give my clients a higher value in service, later graduated acupuncture and Oriental medicine school. After 7 years of private practice, I nearly burned out, and decided it was stile to start my own journey into greater personal development which I felt would also allow me to serve a much bigger community in need.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients with common fatigue and muscle soreness, to clients with irritable bowels, ulcerative colitis, lupus, and several autoimmune disorders and cancer.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, I have been trying to take a vacation, but still found myself coaching people into better versions of themselves just by helping them to write the goals, plans, experiences to review and they all say, "I never would have thought of it like that!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Wellness coaching offers clients the opportunity to create realistic goals with a certified professional that works with the client's way of thinking, feeling, and behaving without the stigma most feel from going to the doctors office. In this way, I as a physician, can really engage clients in a manner that doesn't include the white coats.
