Our firm has a solution-oriented approach to family law and to mediation and Dahlia Walker-Huntington is often sought out for her inimitable style to solve the most difficult of family law cases. We practice Immigration Law all across the United States and travel to represent clients at hearings and interviews.
We treat our clients with the utmost respect and recognize that often they are in their most vulnerable state in dealing with immigration and family law issues. We enjoy seeing our clients evolve as they come to the end of their family law issues and when we are able to reunite our immigration law clients or to give them the stability of their status that they seek.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do a consultation with a prospective client, it can be in person or via telephone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University of Miami School of Law graduate 1997. I am a trained Mediator and Arbitrator and have also practiced immigration for 21 years. I am active member of the American Immigration Lawyers association and lobby Congress regularly for common sense immigration reform.

Immigration cases are flat fee and priced based on difficulty and family law cases are based on a hourly basis.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My client base is multi-ethnic and in immigration law I work for clients all over the United States. I write a weekly immigration column for the oldest newspaper in the Caribbean and host a weekly radio call-in immigration program based out of Jamaica and heard all over the world on the internet. Because of these media roles, people reach out to me to handle their cases from all across the world. I travel to any state to attend immigration interviews with clients or to represent them in immigration court.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In family law you need an attorney who understands the emotional challenges and uncertainty of going through a divorce. Immigration law is highly complex and a rapidly changing area of practice, you need someone who is experienced in immigration law and who is tuned in to the policy and constant changes.
