What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone call in order to understand the problem and the requirements of the custumer.
Then we prepare a prosposal in order to be in line with the requirements in if everything is OK we go ahead with the work.
We will always have an open comunication line in order to give advice and service to our custumers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of Public Accountants, MBAs and Enrolled Agent.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with entrepreneurs, SME, real estate investors, tecnology companies that operates in US and Latin America.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You should look to someone that really cares about your business and that has the experience of working in that field. You wont get a good result from some just looking to sell you something, and you wont get good results from someone that does not have a previous experience in the field.
