What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally receive phone calls ,emails or different referrals from our old customers .
After we define which help is needed we normally make a proposal to our customers which can be materialized in the engagement letter or sometimes we can simply start working on the jobs with a simple email .
We focus and help the customers prioritizing theirs needs .
After the job is completed we always notify the customer about the job completed and we give our recommendations .
We are a small firm so we always try to give the best to our customers . We make sure our customer feels that we are hand to hand with them.
