Appointment are set with clients where we evaluate and work on their unique situations after confirming their identity.

If it sound too good to be true it usually is.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Never ask a tax pro how much can you get back for me? Question should be based on my Tax Documents will I receive an refund or will I owe additional tax.
