Our organization 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization which provides accounting and taxes serves to the accounting profession, as well as to the public. We also work on grants from the IRS, and other grants. We use the fees we charge to support our organizational purpose. It is much like Goodwill takes in donation of clothing, and then sells the items to the public to support their organizational objectives.
We also provide internships to accounting and business students from colleges in the South Florida area, and train them to be accounts, and possibly C.P. A.’s.
Executive directors has about 10 years of exsperience, and myself who has 35 years exsperience in public accounting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually work remote using a clude based system. I have exsperience with the following programs:

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Graduated from FAU as an accounting major, and the executive director graduated Barry University as an accounting mojor.

All work is done on an hourly rate depending on the complexity of the work involved.
What types of customers have you worked with?
During my professional career, I have experience in all aspects of taxation, which included the research, planning, preparation, review and supervision of estate and gift, trust, guardianship's, high net worth individual, S-corporation, C-corporations and consolidated corporate returns, LLC, partnership, pension and not for profit tax returns. I have foreign taxation experience with foreign corporations, CFC, partnerships and trusts. I have also been involved with multiple state apportionment, sales tax and nexus issues, personal property and cost segregation. I have experience with clients in the hospitality, retail/wholesale, real estate/construction, services, professional, and manufacturing industries. In addition, I have significant experience in the compilation (accounting/write up) and review of financial statements, and audits of pension plan financial statements.
