What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client directly so I can understand exactly what services they are looking for. Then I am continuously in contact and available for my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in accounting, I am a registered QuickBooks pro. I am registered with the IRS. And I am also a Florida Public Notary.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this business after working for a company for more than 7 years on a salary working more the 65 hours a week. I decided that my family was more important than the job and opened my own company, the best decision I made was this.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do Bookkeeping, payroll and Taxes for an Attorney, a paralegal, a plumber, a marketing company, a medical billing company and a technical wiring business.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a new client contact me to do their bookkeeping and after I had started doing their bookkeeping they called me and asked me where they send in their tax payments and how to make arrangements for payments that another company had prepared for them. When I asked them to send me a copy and see if I could save them some money. I did an amended return and saved tHem over $5000.00 on their taxes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework on a company and check their references. Follow your instincts, if it is too good to be true it probably is.
