What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To obtain all documents they have received and follow up with an interview to both clarify and/or obtain further information from each Tax Payer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nearly 10 years of experience working in a tax office as well as 5 years of this performing software support via Drake/CrossLink/TaxWise, to Tax Preparers nationwide. I also complete a minimum of 20 hours of CE Credits before the start of the season.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing varies depending on the complexity and amount of time to prepare each return, although my fees range from $50 to $550. A full quote with breakdown of fees is provided to each client PRIOR to e filing the return.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always make sure you are aware of what is being filed on your behalf and always get a full breakdown of your refund amount and ALL fees so you know what your being charged.
