Pain is a symptom of a deeper problem. It tells us that something in our lives needs our attention. For many, pain causes us to act in ways that end up causing even more pain. And the cycle does not seem to end! If this is your experience, I have good news! There is hope! The cycle can end!
I have spent almost 20 years working with people from all walks of life to end their emotional pain. Together, we will find your strengths and use evidence-based therapies to help you develop strategies to respond to life in a way that works.
The utilization of Faith-based, Christian counseling is also available.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone needs support and help at some point. I think it is important to listen. I believe people have more skills than they know.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a Master's level Certified Addictions Professional, and have been trained in many evidence-based therapies and many therapies to treat trauma/PTSD.

$100-175 per session, depending on the service and whether the session is for an individual, couple or family.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with children, adolescents, couples and families. I have extensive experience with addiction issues, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues along with a specialty in trauma/PTSD treatment.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have had the pleasure of training others who are becoming therapists/counselors for years. I also enjoy speaking to groups or audiences in the community to educate them about mental health.
