Aside from aromatherapy and deep tissue massage I also offer weight loss detox body wraps , ear candling , reflexology , mini facials and intuitive readings .Acupuncture and herbal medicine are included in my diverse spa menu . Products include CBD oil , sugaring for hair removal and facial cleansing products.I have been been the owner of 3 spas in nyc and the Hamptons as well as bed and breakfasts in Southampton and South Florida. Educating my clients to be knowledgeable regarding diet and lifestyle has been instrumental in removing illness and stress from their lives . Clients comfort and well being always come first.In addition journeys are offerred to Morocco ! Custom trips for small and large groups that explre lifeways of The Berbers and their spirituality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an intake which focuses on clients health and beauty goals whether it’s for that one session or a series of treatments .For many looking to lose weight we discuss diet as well as how many body wraps would be necessary for their goals . Regarding massage ;if theres actually physical pain its important to know where or stress and which essential oils to apply .I look at the overall wellbeing of the client based on what they share during our first intake.

Swedish Institute of Massage :trained in Swedish , Shiatsu and Reflexology.

Most services start at $100 and can go as high as $300 for packages. Depends on home visits or house calls.

I made a choice based on sustainability and what would contribute to the well being of all .I cherish indepenence and having power over choices made thus wanted to study the healing arts to have an impact to make a change for humanity as well as freedom for myself.
