My business is a relationship business. It's not just about getting the job done and getting paid. It's about getting to know the goals of the client and developing systems or processes to help them achieve their goals. You can never really truly give value without taking an interest in the client and what they are trying to accomplish and the vision that they have for their business.
I enjoy the sense of accomplishment I feel when my clients are happy with the results of them working with me. Also that sense of growth from each experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is getting to know the customer's goals for the company and their vision. This will allow me to get a feel for the direction the customer is moving into so that I can advise the customer accordingly. This way we are both on the same path to developing a process that works for both of us or to determine if we are the right fit for each other.
