What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a first free consultation to evaluate the customer situation and then I proceed to give a Free estimated for their case, after that process the client decide if they want to continue working with me or not

Because I worked as a Customer Service for H&R Block and they provided me with the income tax training, after that I discovered my passion in live!
