What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send an Intake form and a list of all paperwork that I might need based on client filing status and income status.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father is a CPA and while growing up we all breathe numbers. My brother and I decided to follow his foots. I earned my MBA in Business and my brother is an accountant. We trained with VITA as well.
