4) Everything is encrypted & confidential. All advisors are educated and trained mental health professionals. All advisors have achieved at least a master’s degree from accredited institutions. They are qualified, educated, trained and experienced mental health professionals. Most are Registered and/or Licensed with the state. All have worked in diverse mental health fields and bring numerous backgrounds in mental health, social work, rehabilitation, school guidance, substance abuse, marriage and family and more. They are trained to deal with varying issues. All advisors credentials have been verified. They are nonjudgemental qualified listeners.

First, download our free app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then users register. Next, users purchase a talk plan. Users then request to communicate to an advisor who is a qualified mental health professional for immediate mental health advice. Users have identified a specific issue that they want to address. All communication is in real time via audio, video, or text chat. The users choose the communication approach that works for them. They also choose either a 20 or 40-minute chat. A list of available advisors is shown with filters to tailor your requirements. Choose the advisor you want and request service. A notification will be sent to that advisor and when notification request is accepted the conversation can begin.
As the old saying goes "If one enjoys what they do, they never work." I enjoy helping others seek solutions. I do not consider myself the guru of problem-solving. Instead, I consider myself a cheerleader for my clients by offering encouragement and support. Each day provides an opportunity to write a new page. Therefore, clients are presented with the position of determining what those words will be because the first step to change is self-affirmation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients are often presented with issues where they have reached the point of distress seeking the light at the end of the tunnel. As a Mental Health Professional, providing clients with the resources to help them cope with their day to day strengths and challenges can create a lasting Client/Professional relationship. Clients have a story to share... As a Mental Health Professional, my goal is to listen to their story because the greatest action is done in silence. Once the silence is broken, I assist Client with targeting presenting problem(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an empathetic and client-centric professional with extensive academic and professional training coupled with hands-on clinical experience in working with clients from various age groups. Seeking help is not a weakness. Instead, it is a strength knowing that you do not have to face your challenges alone. Social Interaction is vital in Social Development.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is $40.00 for a 20-minute chat and $80.00 for a 40-minute chat. There are no monthly subscriptions. There are no commitments. Simply, use our services when you need or want them. Choose talk plans that fit your budget. Users can add on talk time whenever they want and can also share talk minutes to friends and family who are registered users.
How did you get started in this business?
I was in search of a Mental Health Opporunity that will give me the freedom to work independently as opposed to working in an office. This platform gives me the opportunity to connect with Clients not only where I live but in other area as well from the comfort of their home. I have acknowledged that daily tasks may deter one of making an appointment that will shape their lives into another direction. Nothing but Advice app provides the convenience of connecting on the Clients time and giving the Therapist an opportunity to provide flexibility that is not offered within a Clinical Setting in most cases.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the opportunity to work with childre as young as 5 years of age, teens, and adults.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event that I am fond of was interacting with the Senior population while hosting Holiday events. The expressions on their face was the assurance that I am in the right line of work and that is having the ability to inspire and change lives. The conversation shared will last a lifetime in which I thanked my clients tremendously for sharing a part of their lives with me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would encourage Customers to seek Professionals who are reliable and genuine. The greatest attribute that I have as a Professional is the reliability and ability to meet Clients where they are in life without judgement. I cannot imagine a Client who is at their breaking point unable to reach that Professional who may have the resource to give them an alternate solution. In my opinion, one has to be grounded in meeting the needs of their Clients in order for the Client/Professional relationship to be beneficial.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I have acknowledged that seeking help is not always seen as a strength. Therefore, I would encourage Customers to ask those questions that they would not ask their friends, partner, family, etc., to determine if their Clinician is open-minded. As a Mental Health Professional, I rely greatly on the feedback shared by Clients because feedback enables me to target presenting problems as well as address issues before they spiral out of control. As a Mental Health Professional, I have acknowledged that issues arise from people who come from various walks of life but the narrative remains that same and that is the pursuit of happiness.
