We are a group of 2 doctoral-level clinicians, and 4 master's-level counselors in Florida who offer services online, via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. We have flexible schedules to meet your needs. We speak English, Spanish, Russian, French, and Haitian Creole. We can help you get through this difficult time with concrete and effective techniques. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please call 407-494-3787 and talk to Dr. Aida to set up an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have either a Master's degree or a Doctorate degree. We have gone through extensive training after completing our degrees.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
First sessions vary between $75 and $100. Individual sessions vary between $50 and $100. Couple's or family sessions vary between $75 and $100. Fees depend on the clinician's credentials.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide range of clients, from children as young as 6 years old to older adults. Also, we enjoy providing services to clients who speak other languages, like Spanish, Haitian Creole, French and Russian.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please feel free to ask questions about the clinician's background and experience treating the type of issue that you are seeking services for. Also, make sure to feel comfortable with the person that you chose; the most important thing with therapy is the relationship between the client and the counselor.

What are the goals are they trying to achieve? What are their expectations about therapy? What made they decide to seek counseling at this time of their life?
