What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally do phone consultation or meet face-to-face with the potential client to find out the following:
1. Find out what they want to achieve on this project
2. What are the deepest desire, and what are the core emotional reason behind that desire. You can get the emotional reason/desire through probing during your conversation with them
a. Find out what they have tried to solve their problem and how your solution is unique in solving those problem that allow them to achieve their goals
b. You want to make this problem not their fault.
3. Structure a strategic plan of action to address those desire and show them that our service is the solution. Prescribe our solution and how it is unique for this specific problem that have identified to you and why it’s different than what they have tried in the past.
4. Offer the solution in a form of proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our developers have more that 15 years of experience in software engineering and consultant to businesses, local governments and non-profits.
We posses Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science. All of our developers are Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD).
