What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit with a new customer for up to an hour taking notes on the specifics about the business or personal details.
I take notes to make sure I can refer back to them when I email them after our meeting.
In my email, I reiterate everything we discussed. This includes my deliverables, the client’s deliverables as well as my expected timeline and expected fees.
