What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct an initial meeting to define client needs. I prepare a Scope of Services and once our signed agreement is completed, services begin immeidately. Deliverables are based upon client needs, working to ensure you and your company are the focus; your satisfaction is what matters most.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing, attending SUNY New Paltz, and then UOP Jacksonville. I believe education is important and furthered my studies for a Master's program at Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, FL. I have extensive traning from several years in operations, accounting and executive workforce roles. I am certified in QB Desktop and QB Accountant OnLine platforms; have excellent command for Abacus and other supporting software platforms to meet client needs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically services are charged flat hourly, but I am flexible with package program pricing should a client desire. Pricing is set at development in Scope of Services agreement.
How did you get started in this business?
I have worked in many corporate and not-for-profit companies and launched by own business in 2019.

My client base includes non-profit organizations, small and medium businesses in a plethora of industries such as service industries, manufacutring industries, professional industries, and corporate clients.
