Your transformation is most important to me and I will be your counseling strategist on your journey to transformation. You will have at your disposal my twenty-five plus years of caring, counseling, coaching, training, and facilitating.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session will consist of some paperwork to complete so that I can get to know you. You can submit the paperwork a day earlier. After that, you let me know how I can help and what are your goals. As for the number of sessions, well that’s depends on your goals. Think of our time together as a dance where we work together and practice the steps. At the end of all the practices,you get to dance solo. If you need a few refresher practices, I am available to help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 23 years I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with men, women, teens, juveniles, probationers, athletes, couples, families and groups helping them to experience a transformed life. My area of expertise includes but not limited to mental health and wellness, stress and anger management, personal and professional development, pre- marital and marital counseling. My combined expertise as a private practice owner, counselor, minister, group facilitator and trainer allows me to give those who seek me the transformed life they desire.

We accept self-payment from credit and debit cards; HSA and FSA (health spending accounts and flex spending account). The patient is responsible for checking with their insurance to verify the use of these accounts for counseling.
