I truly enjoy helping others. It is wonderful when my clients are feeling better and confident about their life and journey. I get to know what works and what doen't worke for my client and build a plan with them that workes for their life to improve their life style.
I enjoy helping my clients discover their true selves. I also enjoy teaching people how to eat to live a clean life style and have clarity. It's that mement when they say, I feel so musch better and I know why that makes me feel happy for them.
I also enjoy writing. It is that moment you get to put facts on paper and know that it is going to make a difference some where for someone. I became realy interest in writing when I got into college and have been righting ever since.

I have a Masters Degree in Psychology and have been in helping people of all wolks of life improve their life skills and develop a healthy lifestyle for 5+ years. I have also been helping people improve their day to day life by improving their nutritian for 4+ years.

How did you get started in this business?
Mys educational experience in psychology got me interested in helping people find ways to improve their lives and live a healthy life. Battleing with my own struggles and over coming them has helped my grow insite on the needs that others my be in search of.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with people from all kinds of backgrounds including people who want to live a healthy lifestyle and lose weight. People who want to learn how to eat plant based, find ways to get protein from a plantbased diet and wean themselves off of eating animal products without feeling deprived. People with food addiction and low self esteem.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I help a client of mind improve their mindset about themselves so that she decided to become a plantbased eater. Her health is improving. She finaly discovered how to love and respect herself enough to meet her own needs. She no longer overeats or partakes in bad eating habits for comfort.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You want to work with someone who has been in your shoes or have had experience with caring for someone who has so that the process to smooth. There is much more room for structor and a balanced level for empathy. Quality over quanity is very improtant.
