You will have the opportunity to express your ideas about how counseling will best serve you. Together we will highlight most concerning areas, and develop some short term goals.
As we meet together goals can and do change. You hold the lead role in your counseling while I work as your specialist facilitator helping you to define and reach resolutions to difficulties.
