What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with clients for 1 year for a fixed fee per month. The program includes both one on one and group coaching so the client reaches their goals. The group coaching gives them the perspective from others and tools they need to understand themselves. How they handle relationships, build their confidence and create a brand that will be used for the rest of their career. We provide the tools and processes for everyone to succeed in their careers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in corporate for over 25 years, became a certified coach and created a coaching program called The Leadership Journey. Over 2000 leaders, teams have graduated from the process from many high profile companys. I started my career in Information Technology and created PeopleTek that has over 30 Executive Coaches that work with individuals, teams and entire organizations.
