What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the client in regards to their business and to be able to understand how I might be of help. Review previous files if necessary and go over the existing information.
Explain the plan of action and follow through with it to make sure work gets done on time and with the desired results.
I am also bilingual so I am to help in Spanish as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree im Accounting.
